Sessions are typically 50 minutes, in length, but can be tailored to the student’s request.
Qigong
Qigong is a practice of wonder. Of graceful motion, breathing and mantra that may be done standing or sitting, and tailored to the individual. It encourages the development of balance and harmony, like a moving meditation. Shed stress and held tension in the body and mind. Boost immunity, and promote healing by advancing the free flow of Qi, the body’s innate energy, that flows in the meridians, or channels of the body, and may be accessed through the acupuncture points.

Dynamic Meditation
From the ancient Dragon Gate School of the 12th century comes a method of meditation combining mantra with movement. This is a unique and effective way to calm the active mind into a state of greater stillness and tranquillity.
